What is Personal Geometry?

Personal Geometry® applies our natural capacity to navigate and understand the world through our innate spatial relationships.

All our relationships are embodied through the ever-changing matrix of body maps (aka our personal geometry), unique to every individual. Personal Geometry externalises the shape of living meaning within, giving us diagrams to see and explore our relational dynamics. Once externalized, we feel meaning and shift the internal schemas by which we relate to self, others and the world.

By bypassing story and verbal intelligence, this method can show you previously subconscious and pivotal information within minutes. Where have you been standing in relation to an addiction, a sexual challenge, a difficult partnership, or an aspect of self? What can you do about it? Personal Geometry will show you the new path, the new neuro-pathways.

Each of us is a unique story embodied in flesh and movement, shaped by freedom, inhibition, pain, and pleasure. This multimedia project aims to celebrate how our bodies shape our lives and vice versa. Influenced by ancestry, gender, economics, and experiences, our bodies carry and reflect our entire lived experience.

Through photographs and video interviews, this project illuminates our shared yet individual experiences of living in our bodies. Despite our differences, the human body unites us all. Scarred or victorious, our bodies are resilient and brilliant.
