Most people never learned how to talk about sex – which is exactly why so many lovers feel stuck, bored, misunderstood, quietly disconnected, and deeply dissatisfied.

This 2.5-hour interactive class is an invitation to re-wire your experience with sexual communication and discover how talking about sex can actually feel fun, energizing, and deeply connecting.

“Dirty talk” is only a tiny part of what’s possible. When you’re able to talk about what you want and what you don’t want – or what you've already been doing, silently – with the person or people you’re sharing sex with, intimacy tends to deepen naturally.

This matters just as much (and sometimes more) if you’ve experienced sexual trauma, emotional shutdown, or learned early on that it wasn’t safe to speak up. Clear, compassionate communication – whether serious, playful, or vulnerable – creates space for safety, trust, real choice...and deep care, regardless of the status of your relationship/s.

These conversations don’t just improve sex. They support nervous systems, honor emotional needs of all kinds, and make intimacy more mutual and sustainable. They open the door to sensuality – so often absent even in active sex lives – making it more accessible, present, and plentiful. This class will not just help you get more comfortable talking about sex, but becoming more authentic. And in my professional and personal experience, authenticity - being real about what you feel, need, and desire - is the sexiest thing of all.

So what we’re really exploring is why sexual communication has felt so hard and what to do about it. We'll explore how shame and silence were learned, and how much pleasure, intimacy, and confidence become possible when we’re willing to talk – honestly, playfully, and with curiosity.

This class is designed to feel warm, grounded, and human, not explicit or performative. You’ll learn practical tools you can actually use, whether you’re partnered or single, experienced or unsure where to begin.

ALI MEZEY'S BIO:

In my many years of working in various Los Angeles rehab clinics for sex, drug, and alcohol addiction, I developed Personal Geometry® to rise to the challenges of working with sexual trauma, compulsivity, dysfunctions and discontents.

By working with body maps and other somatic methods, I am able to help you go directly to the underlying issue/s. These underlying issues often elude therapists and clients – years of talk therapy may not identify or resolve them.

One of the many precious gifts my mother gave me was her open-door policy to discussing sex. I was always so curious about it, and my mom was unusually comfortable answering my precocious questions. No doubt, her unusual comfort – and her lack of judgment – discussing sex built the bedrock of my comfort and lack of judgment discussing sex. This necessarily translates to my clients gaining greater freedom and ease talking about, sharing and transforming, their sexual challenges with me – and consequently, their partners.

I am blessed and honored to be invited by my clients into these previously secret, usually ashamed, often profoundly painful places in their lives. Letting in the light of sharing those shadows, and opening to receive non-judgemental, gentle guidance, insights, and when appropriate, fierce advocacy, can release and transform near nuclear amounts of compressed energy from clients’ psyches, bodies, and lives. All the more energy to express themselves in confidence, creativity, joy, intimacy, and pleasure!

“Ali displays courage, creativity and compassion with clients that present with extremely complex issues. She is willing and able to find and develop the resources within herself and around her to never shy away from what presents, especially in new and challenging circumstances. I am impressed with Ali’s insight and integrity and when applied, the depth of growth and timeframe within which her clients experience change.” - Charles Living, mid-wife, sexological bodywork coach
